2 pounds ground beef
1 chopped up small onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup almond flour
Salt & pepper
Seasonings/herbs to your liking
(Such as paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, etc)
I like to brown my meatballs in bacon fat in a cast iron then finish it off in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Serve with zoodles and sauce!
