This was a super easy, delicious, & comforting meal. I followed a recipe from againstallgrain’s cookbook which you can find here.
Copycat chick-fil-a chicken nuggets and sweet potato patties.
For the chicken nuggets, I followed a recipe from the domestic man.
Only change I made was excluding the buttermilk/cream. I also fried them in bacon fat, which made them even more delicious.
For the sweet potato patties, I shredded it using a food processor, mixed it with eggs and flavorgod spicy seasoning, and cooked in a skillet.
I had some leftover chicken from when I made chicken zoodle soup last night…and the only best way I could think of to use up the extra chicken, was to make a pot pie…obviously.
I followed a recipe from fedandfit. I also added some bacon and potatoes to the fillings.
